Placing an order confirms your agreement with our terms. Simply browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is accepted.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and all major Debit or Credit cards. Card details are processed securely and never stored. We do not accept cash, cheques, or gift cards online. For your safety, avoid sending payment information via email.

We use tracked services with Royal Mail, DHL and UPS for UK and Worldwide deliveries. Orders are dispatched same day or next business day. A signature is required. Please ensure address details are accurate to avoid delays or returns.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Usually arrives within 1–2 working days. However, delays up to 15 working days can occur. Insurance covers up to £50. We recommend using this service only for orders under £50.

Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1 PM. Includes insurance up to ÂŁ500. Recommended for orders of higher value.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us immediately at 0208 520 4965. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply instead.

You can return a faulty or unwanted gadget within 14 days along with an RMA form. Physical damage caused by the user is not covered. Replacements are sent within 7 days or refunded if unavailable.

To return any item, log in to your account, go to "RMA", and request a new return. Print and include the generated form in the parcel you send back to us.

Do not sign for visibly damaged parcels. If discovered later, take clear photos before opening. Contact us immediately and file an RMA. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.

You can return a faulty device within 14 days using an RMA form. Send the item to our address, and we’ll replace or refund it upon receiving the goods. Refunds exclude original delivery fees.

Notify us immediately if you receive the wrong item. Return it with your invoice. We’ll send the correct item or refund you once the incorrect item is returned. No charges apply.

You can return unused, undamaged items within 30 days for a refund (subject to a 20% restocking fee). Items must include all original packaging and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

We aim to process your replacement or refund on the same day we receive the returned product. If received after 3 PM, it will be handled the next working day.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange for a different item. Instead, we will process a full refund and you may place a new order for your preferred product.

If your device develops a fault during its warranty period, please contact our Customer Services team on 0208 520 4965. We'll help you register an RMA and arrange repair or replacement as necessary.

We offer a 12-month warranty on all phones and tablets. It covers internal faults (e.g. Wi-Fi, speaker, microphone) but excludes physical damage. Items must be returned in resaleable condition with all accessories.

Each device undergoes a 40-point quality check. Grading is based on physical condition:
  • Brand New: Sealed box with all accessories.
  • Pristine Condition: Looks new, Original or generic box and accessories.
  • Good Condition: Minor scratches or marks. Not visible from arm length.
  • Fair Condition: Minor to modrate visible cosmetic signs of use. Visible from arm lenght.
